2014.07.22 - 上传规则更新 || UPLOAD RULES UPDATED为进一步提高本站资源的质量、优化本站保种状况，经过管理组长达两个多月的讨论，完善了本站的发布规则。
本次更新主要针对旧发布规则存在的一些漏洞进行优化，如WAV与FLAC重复（资源质量无任何差别）。
此外，本站采用了全新的log评分系统（支持EAC及XLD）对资源质量进行量化处理。

In order to improve the quality of torrents and optimize the quantity,after a two months' discussion,we determine to change the Upload section of the Rules to fix some defeats in the former one.Take wav and flac format torrents of the same quality.They were allowed before but the new Rules now treat them as duplicates.
In addition,an EAC/XLD log checker system has been integrated to assess the quality of a torrent.
